This series was my first dark romance. I’ve never read anything like this so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But it did have a HEA which I was very happy about. Over all, this is a four star series. I love Rain. She is snarky, hilarious, and pushes every boundary she comes in contact with. Wrath is her opposite in every way but they just got perfectly. I loved their story. I do feel like the pacing was a little off, these events of three books span over a very short period of time. I...

Great read. Highly recommend for dipping your toes into the supernatural world of darker romance books. Also very empowering for women and knowing their worth and their own voice should be heard. )

Good writing and story but...

So, I really liked the concept of this trilogy and the writing was good. Some of the characters I really liked however... the main female character just did not click with me. She never seemed to think through her actions over and over and it made me think she was just too stupid to live. The third book she did get somewhat better, but before I got to that I almost stopped reading. I really liked Gus and Adam, Wrath was ok, Sirene was a twist as I was never sure of her intentions.
