This was my first read by this author, but it definitely won’t be my last. I thoroughly enjoyed Victoria & Kyro’s story. Even though this is on the shorter side, it still felt like a complete novel filled with tension, angst, longing, and a sprinkle of spice. For me, the ending was a little anticlimactic, but overall I really enjoyed it. I will be reading more from her. ) One person found this helpful

I had a hard time with this one. It is a pretty common storyline for the story and it takes place in a universe that I enjoyed reading about in the book, The Vampire Who Tried It. However, the whole book, I could help being uncomfortable with how the MMC constantly violated any boundaries the FMC tried to set. Especially after 10 years and misunderstandings?
