About this book

- [x]

They say you should never make a deal with the devil. But no one ever talks about why some people do. It’s not because the devil lies. It's because the devil tells the truth all too well. That’s the trick. Hell doesn’t deal in deception. Hell deals in honesty. Unbearable honesty. And once it knows your truth, it never lets go.

Nick thought a summer away from Utah would be a chance to breathe. A chance to escape expectations he never asked for. But in the beachfront town of Bluecrest, his quiet and uneventful world collides with Natalie. She's magnetic, sharp, impossibly beautiful... and cursed. A succubus starving, fighting an ever-growing hunger only satiated by acting on the salacious desires of others.

Sensing an opportunity, she pulls him into her world of lust and pleasure. His innocence and inexperience becomes her lifeline as he's pushed to indulge in every temptation he's spent his life denying.

This novel contains explicit sexual content, graphic horror imagery, occult themes, psychological distress, and depictions of violence that some readers may find disturbing.

This book absolutely feels like a chaotic “finding yourself” summer story. Watching this poor lad slowly evolve from innocent church boy into...

My FAVORITE read of 2026!

The concept of the book is a unique and original take on the classic tale of the succubus. It's spicy, yes, but it weaves beautifully into the plot. That being said, I think this book has rewired my brain more than any other book I've read. Those who love romance will fall for the MMC Nick, a sweet young man from Utah trying to find himself; lovers of dark romance will gasp and scream for the FMC Natalie teasing out his true nature. Add in exquisitely detailed horror scenes and you will NOT be...
