Sin: The Mate Games: Apocalypse, Book 1

by Meg Anne

About this book

I always thought I’d start the apocalypse. Instead I’ve been asked to help end it.

How does one stop the end of the world, you might ask? You gotta knock up Lucifer’s vessel before he does.

I know, I know. I was surprised too. But let me tell you, if ever there was an incubus made for the job, it’s me.

With a name like Sin, you’d think this should have been the easiest task I’d ever been assigned. And you’d be correct. Except said vessel is a beautiful and dangerously powerful succubus in her own right. Oh, and she’s not interested.

Not in me or any of the other horsemen who were assigned to protect her. Yup, that’s right. The four horsemen of the apocalypse are back.

War

Pestilence

Famine

Death

She may not be our biggest fan, but one of us has to be her baby’s daddy. Which is why she’s been forced to live with us until we get the job done. We’ve never been very good at sharing. Or at saving things instead of destroying them, but when you know who calls in a favor, you don’t say no.

The Doomsday clock is ticking, so save the world it is.

Now if only we could get Merri to play ball. Because if we don’t find a way to get her pregnant before he does, then it’s not just the end of us. It’s the end of everything.

For fans of Supernatural and American Horror Story, USA Today bestselling authors Meg Anne and K. Loraine are thrilled to bring you the final installment in the Mate Games Universe.

Warning: The Mate Games: Apocalypse is a spicy paranormal series featuring morally gray heroes whose methods of protection aren’t always above board. Not that you can expect much honor from a celibate recluse, an incubus rockstar, the original shadow daddy, and a grumpy ex-Spartan. They are the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, after all.

The end has started…

I have been so excited and yet so sad to start this next installment of The Mate Games series. Excited because these stories are absolutely amazing and I have loved every single minute in this world. Excited to see what happens next. Yet so sad to know that these stories are coming to a conclusion. That being said, this first book in this installment is amazing! Merri is a fabulous FMC, having the strength to set her boundaries while also knowing what she needs to do for survival. She has this...

Like this book better this second time around

Okay, SIM starts up kind of slow. Which is okay, test, so did war's books? It started slow. It's a slow burn for me. I like war's book or death's books. Because there is still action. I like that as well as pestilence book. He's very fast-paced, and I'm just like that. I like that, but this slow burn is really good. I can't wait for them to finish this series. I've already read ahead. I'm waiting on the book for Lucifer so I will not put any spoilers in Keep going girls.I hope I look so forward...

Thrilling, spicy, suspenseful, and funny!

I can hardly believe that this is the final series in the Mate Games universe! I can’t wait to see what K. Loraine and Meg Anne have in store for us here, but will be so sad to see it all end. And speaking of endings, that’s exactly what the Four Horseman of the Apocalypse are trying to stop – the end of the world. Grimsby, Chaos, Malice, and Sinclair are tasked with protecting Merri from being Lucifer’s vessel in the hopes of preventing the apocalypse. Quite the opposite of their usual goal!...

Well, I'm ready for the Apocalypse!

Overall: 5/5 Plot: 4.75/5 Spice Level: 2.75/5 Recommended: Yes The only complaint I have about this book is that it ended. Seriously. I'm so pissed at that cliffhanger, but I totally saw it coming! This book is pretty darn close to perfect though. I loved all of the other Mate Games books, and I am glad to say this was probably one of my favorites in the whole MG universe! I was lucky with the other series because they were already finished when I started reading them. Now I get to know what it...

It Just Keeps Getting Better

I have never recommend a book series as much as I have The Mate Games by K. Loraine and Meg Ann. Sin is the first book in the fourth installment of The Mate Games and this series just keeps getting better. The world Kim and Meg have created with this series will suck you in and wish you never had to leave. Our leading lady Merri who is a curvy busty cam girl has swore off love finds herself in the protection of the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Merri is forced to live with these alpha holes...
