All five of these stories were good. The depth of feeling described perfectly. The characters are solid with a lot of heart and caring for each other. This is a good series well worth the read. )

So many Drakarn warriors are falling for our crash landed human females. Selene is a warrior and a medic she can't stand to see others in pain and will do whatever is necessary to help. They've been stuck among the Drakarn for months and she has spend the majority of her time in the healing caverns learning as much as she can when a Mysterious illness starts taking down the healers within the cavern. 1 healer whispers about a certain herb That it's very rare and very dangerous to find that...

Quest for a cure

This human, more a doctor than a soldier, finds out that some unknown illness is killing the aliens she is staying with. She must go on a quest for the cure with an alien who she finds herself attracted to. The danger and the desperation lead to them finding passion in each other )

I'm an avid reader and this book sparked my interest immediately. The story is spicy and filled with the slow burn romance I think makes them come alive. Very descriptive settings and emotions make it so entertaining. I highly recommend this book. I'm getting the next one right away! Thank you Ms. Kate for the great books. )
