Where capture leads to unexpected truths

Blake finds herself without her mates and being told she is to marry the king of this place called New Haven. Nearly everyone in this land wears a cuff that keeps their magical abilities and/or forms from being accessible. Blake is unable to speak to Shade until the hand maiden getting her ready for her engagement party is able to work around the cuff to give her back the ability to speak to Shade. While Blake is dealing with her impending nuptials her mates find themselves working in a mine....

A bit more torture and struggle than book1… Some steam and a lot of good reconnection and clarificiation that explains a lot. But still more to come! Im sure to get b3 )

Awwwww I think any time Shade was in trouble was the most horrible bits for me, I also loveeeeeee Mason and Dante’s alright, I’m also glad of his truth being revealed, but I’m worried for Prince Callan and Nate’s chances as we figure out what their hiding. Also I’m livid with Alaric! Excited for the finale in book 3! )

This is such a great series so far, I'm sooo sad I have to wait till March to find out what happens!!!😂😍 This author is definitely good at her craft, wow! I especially love Shade, she's the bomb! I love the complexity of the dynamic between the characters, I love that Blake is a bad a$$ all on her own, I love all the unique men she's collected, lol, and this twisting turning plot! I was getting a little tired of Celzar, so glad he got his just desserts when he did, I was literally fixing to...
