I have read almost everything from Cilo and have not been disappointed!! I loved Nora! I loved how strong and independent she was. I liked how broody and mysterious Alec was. As always Cilo doesn't disappoint on the spice!!! Not trying to give too much away but I think there was just enough spice between \"The Monster\" and Nora and Alec and Nora!!! Can't wait to read the next one!! I think it had a good story line and just the right amount of spice!! 🌶🌶🌶🌶/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐/5 )

Talk about getting acquainted with nature in a physical way if you know what I mean, and I think you do.......... If you enjoyed Freaks of Nature Book 1 or 2, I loved both. This is right up your alley. Betrayal, blood, and budding romance. )

I have mixed feelings about this book. There were some parts I liked, but unfortunately, I felt like something was missing. I enjoyed the dark academia vibes, the mysterious elements, and the Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde dynamic. Plus, I can never say no to monster smut. However, I had a hard time connecting with the characters and didn’t really feel the chemistry between Nora and Alec. In my opinion the mate aspect could have been explained a bit more. This was perfect for the spooky season. Another great book by Clio Evans with a stunning FMC and a fantastic Monstrous MMC.
