A beautifully stunning story

A great read, featuring an amazing storyline and minor mystery that ties in neatly with the previous book. Lily is exactly the kind of smart, sassy heroine I love. Julian is an incubus with a past and a hidden heart of gold, and their story made me smile from the first word to the last. 😊 10/10! )

sweet and cozy read

This is the 10th book in the series even though I had not read any of the previous books in the series and didn't know anything about the world it was easy to follow as a stand alone quick read. The plot isn't overly complex and had a dash of spice mixed throughout but I didn't feel that the spice over powered the plot at any point and I enjoyed Lilly and Julian's story it was a easy cozy quick read/listen. I really love these quick adventures and getting the stories of the characters that are introduced as side characters in the other books in the series. The way this series is written allows for the main story thread to run across all the books, but also allows for you to read these in any order for the most part. Lily and Julian! Snap the inferno these two made was hot. I listened to the audiobook and the narrators totally nailed this one. The emphasis of emotion and connection between these characters was brought to life on another level. Plus we get more of what’s been going on with the breach and how it’s effecting the witches still. This book had a lot of answers to questions I had and started some new ones that I can’t wait to see how they are answered in the next book! I also just love the cameos...
