I absolutely love this world! I love everything about it, especially the dragons! Shocking I know. Through this book I’ve decided I finally like Hawk, he’s grown and come a long way. The tension over Talon and finding a cure for him is killing me. I mean if that situation isn’t worked out I riot! By riot I mean throw my kindle like a toddler. I did not realize this wasn’t the first book in the series, but this was still really good. I didn’t feel lost at all. The FMC is temporarily queen while her dad is sick. She’s looking for a cure, managing war and sleeping with the god of the underworld. I love how she is strong, demands respect and is all around badass. Dark and Gut Wrenching

The Death Deries has been one of my absolute favorites. Both generations with impossible gut wrenching love stories trapped in the dark. The Empire of Death kept me on edge as tensions continue to rise while a storm brews on multiple fronts. Betrayal, deceit, and truths battle for power and my heart aches for both Lily & Wrath. The end of this book has gutted me and left a hallow space in my heart. A miracle to this tragic love will be needed to piece it back together. 💔 )
