It’s too hot to get out of Hell’s Kitchen.
It seemed like a brilliant idea at the time. After inheriting her grandmother's old cookbook, Helena decided to throw a dinner party for the ages. And then the demon arrived.
Except the accidentally summoned demon isn't causing chaos--everything is going...right? The demon is there with amazing food, and her boss is talking about a promotion.
What harm would it do, to summon him again...

This book was cute and cozy, but also way more emotional than I expected! I can't wait to read the next one! )

Thank you Megan Mackie for sending me this review copy for free. I am leaving this review voluntarily. I also purchased my own copy as well. This was so much fun! I really loved how the magic system worked with the demons in this book. Cookbooks & Demons starts off with a super fun premise: a woman stumbles into summoning a demon through her grandma’s old cookbook, which, let’s be real, is probably how half of my family recipes came into existence. This is a creative and funny monster romance story. The characters are interesting and unusual. It has only a few typos, and it's otherwise well written. It reads well as a standalone story, but continues through in the next book as well. A good read for fans of Supernatural Romance, Paranormal Romance, Rom-Coms, Monster Romance and Fantasy Fiction stories. ) One person found this helpful
