This book was perfection and I will accept zero criticism!! Mona is as real as a fat girl depicted in smutty romance can get--she isn't all rainbows and butterflies constantly in love with her body. She is vulnerable, sometimes self-conscious, and battles with her internalized fat phobia just like a normal person! She is learning to love herself, and Max is gently pushing her along the way. Max is a tortured and sweet cinnamon roll that you just wanna hug and cuddle with right after he rails...

It was cute. I didn't love the writing style personally, but it wasn't bad. I really disliked Mona. As a plus-size woman with depression (among other things) I get the frustration and hurt over how you're treated in society. But she lingered and fixated on it so much more than most people.
