Do you know that feeling, when a book makes you smile and giggle all the way through the plot? Because that's how I felt while reading this book. A small-town, second-chance romance between Rom and Noelle is absolutely soft and wonderful. They were childhood friends that got ripped apart when Rom's family moved out of the small town.
