it took a minute to finally finish reading enzo and Adriana story. the beginning, you could see her hesitation from the deal that was made, but something about enzo and the way he started it all and each progress it led to . the way she felt more & more into the things he had open to her and the way he was different and the emotions and new feelings he felt with Adriana was interesting and fun. especially the spicy and filthy things they would do, and everyone was drawn to her. i was wondering...

Extreme spice! This begins with more spice than plot, however, the plot does develop as you proceed. It's a good idea to read the trigger warnings on this one. This is far darker than an older man ensnaring a younger woman. But I don't want to give away the plot. You will just have to read this steamy fantasy for yourself. ) One person found this helpful

A Deal in Darkness (Dark and Devilish Book 2) by CJ Holmes Kindle Edition Read time 3 days This is a stand alone book in the Dark and Devilish series by CJ Holmes. I really enjoyed the spicy scenes in this. BDSM and Submisive play was well done. Typical Demon Behavior is displayed by Enzo when He keeps making deals with her without all the info. I enjoyed how the smexy scenes would bring them closer together, but she still struggled with barely knowing him and liking what he was doing. Loved...

Interesting but a bit much

There were a few things that just didn’t work for me in this book. Parts felt dragged on and others felt repetitive. I did enjoy the relationship of Enzo and Adi. I liked the concept of the of the plot and the references to the 9 circles of Hell. There were just a couple tropes I don’t enjoy in this book and that is in me not the author. )
