Riley Everett thought her life was perfectly ordinary until she inherited a creaky Victorian mansion in the enchanting town of Starfall Point. Now, she is balancing a steep learning curve that includes deciphering her late aunt’s cryptic journals, managing a house full of opinionated ghosts, and mastering her own sudden, bubbling magical abilities. Desperate for guidance, she seeks out a local coven, hoping for the sisterhood and support she desperately needs to navigate her newfound reality.
Enter Edison Held, the town’s infuriatingly handsome and brilliantly intellectual head librarian. While Edison is initially driven by a professional curiosity to uncover the secrets of Riley’s haunted estate, his fascination quickly shifts from the property to the woman living inside it. Their chemistry is undeniable, yet their budding romance faces the classic complication of forbidden attraction, as the boundaries between their two worlds begin to blur.
This delightful paranormal romance perfectly blends cozy vibes with a touch of chaos. It is a quintessential found-family story that captures the charm of small-town life while keeping the stakes high with magical mishaps. If you are looking for a witty, heartwarming escape filled with coven-life adventures and a slow-burn romance, this journey is your next must-read.

A new witchy series with found family, a mysterious house, a magical mishap or two, and some romance. Yessssss! I'm ready and willing! First off, we have Riley. She's distressingly normal (or so she thinks), has a vast and eclectic work history, and she's sort of adrift. The invitation to meet a long-lost aunt comes at the perfect time and it changes EVERYTHING. First, because her aunt passes between reaching out to Riley and Riley actually making it to the island and, second, coming to...

I had seen this book recommended on social media for a witchy season read, and I'm glad I picked it up. Overall, it was good. At first I didn't realize it was a series, so when there was so much left to be done/found, I was nervous it was going to be rushed, but then I realized it was a series. I enjoyed the \"sisterhood\" Riley made with Caroline and Alice. I pictured Edison in my mind as like Theo James or Glen Powell in glasses. Hopefully the next book has some more action since the...

This is such a great, fun, light trilogy read. I love the different perspectives each book takes on and it definitely has a few unique approaches that make it less of that same ol' rom-com plot line and allows some cute creativity and twists. I mean - who wouldn't love their own ghost butler / father figure? )
