Trading the frantic pace of a Boston kitchen for the mist-covered landscapes of Scotland sounds like a dream, but for chef Lia, it quickly becomes a magical reality. When she accepts an offer to open a restaurant at a historic castle in the village of Loren Brae, she expects a quiet life of culinary creation. Instead, she discovers that her heritage is far more potent than a secret spice blend. Lia is a Kitchen Witch, and the local waters are teeming with murderous Kelpies that only her spell-infused cooking can tame.
Enter Munroe Curaigh, a shy, golden-retriever-energy local who is as captivating as the Highlands themselves. While Lia is a city-slicker with a sharp tongue, Munroe is the steady, protective anchor she never knew she needed. Their chemistry is immediate, shifting the narrative from a simple career change into a steamy friends-to-lovers romance that crackles with tension.
Blending paranormal intrigue with the cozy charm of a small-town fairytale, this story is a delightful escape. If you are looking for a romance that serves up equal parts wickedly hot kisses, ancient curses, and mouth-watering descriptions of magic, this enchanting Highland journey is your perfect next read.

\"Wild Scottish Love\" the second book in Tricia O'Malley's new series, The Enchanted Highlands, is as heartwarming and delicious as the first book in the series! In true Tricia O'Malley style, she once again takes on a fantasy trip to Scotland, filled with small town community love, a quest to save a town from disaster and lots and lots of magic! Reading \"Wild Scottish Love\" is seeing Scotland through Tricia's loving eyes. The people, the culture and the magic of its history, come alive...

Grasshoppers. Yep, that's how this novel starts Intriguing, right? Clearly one of the most interesting oopening lines in a novel, ever! This is the second in a series of novels about the Scottish Highlands in Lochen Brae, near Loch Mirren. There is mytho9ogy, mythological creatures, and oh yes, majick. The heroines in this series are reforming the Order of Caledonia to protect the \"Stone of Truth\" and keep their village strong and vibrant. I've read two of these books so far, and am starting...

This series is the first I’ve read of Tricia O’Malley’s books and I’m hooked! Love her sense of humor and not a lot of sex, but it’s definitely there so if that’s not your “cup of tea” - sorry, couldn’t resist. I plan to continue this series (I’m on #7) and I then plan to read some of her stand alone books. Give her a try! )

This series should be read in order, because the ensemble grows and interacts with each other as the story progresses. Again, loved Sophie and Lachlan's story, but from the beginning of Wild Scottish Love, I adored Lia and Munroe. And they definitely are opposites. Lia is a scrappy little confident \"I can do it myself!\", and Munroe is the sweetest, kindest, and possibly hottest thing in a kilt, who enjoys helping others! Despite having parents as bad, if not worse, than Sophie's, Munroe...
