I loved this series so much that I bought the books in paperback too! It was witty and funny. There was piracy, magic, and suspense riddled throughout that kept me on my toes. She threw in a few curveballs so you couldn't guess what was happening next. I am excited to see what else India comes up with next. )

I have yet to read these books (terrible, I know) but I can at least speak to the print quality. Absolutely great! Front images are crystal clear, and from the glance I did to the interior, the text seems a good size and quite sharp as well. A friend recommended so I am confident I'll like the story within, but if we judge a book by its cover, it is great! )

I love everything India Holton writes. Great characterization, plotting, dialogue. Whimsical and witty. Great fun. I always feel uplifted when reading or listening to these books. Elisabeth Knowelden reads the audiobooks and she is a genius. How ever you choose to read them, you’ll have a blast! )

I really enjoyed the series of strong woman and the creative way of the world Ms. Holton created. Battle houses, spells, everyone being proper as they duel each other. What fun?! I highly recommend it for avid book readers. Lots of literacy quotes. ) One person found this helpful
