Bespelled (Standard Edition) (The Bewitched Series, 2)

The magical village of Myrtlewood is heating up, and not just because the festival of Beltane is approaching. A series of mysterious, inexplicable fires are terrorizing the community, forcing Rosemary Thorn to trade her mixing bowls for a detective’s hat. Balancing a house full of foundling children and a rebellious teenager is enough to exhaust any witch, but Rosemary is also grappling with her own professional dreams. She is finally ready to launch her career as a magical chocolatier, provided she can stop standing in her own way long enough to embrace her potential.
While Rosemary hunts for an arsonist, her daughter Athena is spiraling into a dangerous secret involving the fae realm that threatens the safety of everyone in town. As the tension mounts, the slow-burn romance simmering in the background continues to deepen, offering a tantalizing distraction from the chaos. This installment perfectly captures the charm of paranormal women's fiction, blending high-stakes mystery with the relatable, humorous struggles of a midlife protagonist.
Readers have fallen hard for the immersive world of Myrtlewood, praising the series for its addictive, impossible-to-put-down quality. If you are looking for a witty, enchanting escape filled with powerful witches and complex family dynamics, this is the perfect addition to your reading list.

These are the best books, I'm not a big reader but once I start a book I read till it's finished. Wonderfully interesting. Keep them coming. )

I love the village of Myrtle wood and its delightful characters. The magic is wonderful and exciting and the stories draw you in. This 3rd book which I read on kindle does need some prof reading and editing done though. While I very much enjoy the stories I found the mistakes to be distracting. The mother and teenage daughter and the struggles from barely scraping by then the totally new challenges in a magical world are still very down to earth with the dynamics. A magical house? Who doesn't...

First the suggestion: you need to get a better editor. Too many times grammar fails and the sentences stumble. Maybe only former English teachers notice, so no harm done? Good news: #3 has great plots and surprising characters to join the already interesting ones. Thank you for not allowing the readers interest to fade! Looking forward to #4! ) One person found this helpful

Rosemary and Athena are back from the land of the Fae, but Athena is missing \"home\". Mysterious magical fires are popping up all over the town and causing mayhem as Beltane is approaching. When fire creatures start emerging from the fires, Rosemary realises they have bigger problems! I liked the story line and I am glad that Rosemary becomes a bit more put together in this book. Athena is also growing up and learning to use her magic which is great. My biggest complaint and the reason I...

I enjoyed reading Families are tough many are functional/dysfunctional, broken and/or blended. The story showed the development of new beginnings ,whether a move ,a loss, or changes in life. I felt hope seeing that even though Rosemary and Athena struggled with other each other at times it didn't destroy them.I recommend this to those who enjoy the magical world. To teenagers even if only at at heart and parents of teens. It doesn't matter where we come from trials will come the locals of...
