Wolf Cursed (Lone Wolf Series Book 1)

by Heather Hildenbrand

About this book

Running from a devastating past and a murdered father, a young woman finds herself forced into the one place she vowed to avoid: a pack. Seeking refuge with her estranged uncle, she is thrust into a world of complex pack dynamics and dangerous secrets. Surrounded by men who are as lethal as they are alluring, she struggles to keep her own identity hidden while navigating the volatile atmosphere of her new life.

At the center of the storm is Kai Stone, a brooding, alpha-like rogue who thrives on chaos. Their intense connection is undeniable, pulling them together with the inescapable gravity of fated mates. But Kai is a man who demands total transparency, and her hidden truth could be the very thing that destroys their fragile bond. As the lines between enemy and protector blur, she realizes that Kai is hiding monsters of his own.

This gripping paranormal romance masterfully blends high-stakes suspense with a slow-burn, steamy attraction. It is the perfect start to a shifter series built on the found-family trope and emotional intensity. For readers who crave tortured heroes and heroines who refuse to back down, this story offers a relentless, addictive journey that will keep you turning pages until sunrise.

Shifter Series That Keeps you Reading~

May 22, 2022

Just finished binge reading the Lone Wolf series. Read thru the night a couple of times and saw the sunrise. Didn't get anything done had planned to do. Strong characters that you want to know more about and what happens to them. The last book in the series is about Silar and after reading about him in the other three books you just have to find out what occurs in his life. Each book has a story line and there is another plot underneath that . Stories withing story is my favorite type of book....

Great beginning to this series

I really enjoyed reading and listening to this book. I'm loving the characters, the storyline is very interesting, and the cliffhanger is at a perfect spot. I'm just glad that I'm reading this series after all three books have been published because they would drive me crazy to have to wait till the next book was published. It's a series that is tough to put down! So I'm excited to start book listened to the book on Audible and the voice actor did a great job with the characters. )

I absolutely loved this book. Heather is one of my favorites and I love her books, but this book sucked me in and I just couldn't stop reading. The storyline will grab you, the characters will become a part of you, and there's just too many potential book boyfriends to choose from. Yes Kai is drool worthy, but there's a couple of in there as well.... and you know it too. The mystery surrounding the town, the curse and what the heck is going on will leave you wanting more and screaming because...

3.5 for me This was pretty good! Liked the writing. Heroine was a little mouthy when the situation didn’t exactly call for it… seems a lot of lost opportunity to be smacked around. Liked the brutal-ness of it all though. I gotta get my kid but I liked this so far. ) One person found this helpful
