These two truly were meant for each other, sometimes a past relationship that does not work, out leads two people in the right direction. This wonderful fairy tale retelling is amazing and I just loved it!!! I Highly Recommend!! No Spoilers! )

What a beautifully written story. I could feel the intense passion between the two main characters, and as I read this Rapunzel retelling, I was impressed by the author's ability to incorporate the different elements of the fairytale while not allowing the story to lose its steam. That was what stood out to me. I really loved the way the characters are depicted, the way the tension and conflict is built, and I think another thing I appreciate is how nothing is rushed. Tangled by Moonlight starts out strong…wolf shifters, vampires, fated mates, the ex-boyfriend (Patrick) and his Alpha, billionaire daddy (Garrett). It had all the makings of a great read. The chemistry, tension, the constant push and pull of the main characters was really good. Unfortunately, by the middle of the book, I had become frustrated with the pacing and even more frustrated with Emily (fmc). Her character growth was too drawn out, almost non-existent until the end.
