I love this series right from the beginning! I really like all the characters but especially Polaris and Tatum! It keeps you guessing and wanting more. There's mystery and the story is unique. I can't wait to find out what happens next! )

I liked the slower start of the series which allowed us to get to know our MFC \"P\" a little. The divided supernatural world, the old curse, friendship, the academy environment and why choose ->I like it. We probably haven't met all the members of the harem yet but it seems good. I love this freaking book. The author immersed me in this new world. Things are going wrong left and right. The descriptive writing kept me on the edge of my seat. I'm also in love with our MFC, Polaris. The history with that name, some lovely astronomy, and other things stuck in my head. If you didn't know, the North Star is Polaris. She's strong and has been through so very much. Tatum, Asher, Wylder, and Lincoln, are the MMCs that I know of as for right now. I'm wondering if Blaze is going...

I thought I was going to enjoy this book, and it started off great. However, by the end of the first book, I was disappointed that nothing meaningful really happened with the witches, wolves, or vampires.
