Little Slice of Hell (MM Monster Romance) (Creature Cafe Series Book 1)

by Clio Evans

About this book

Dante is an ancient, devilishly handsome incubus who has spent millennia perfecting the art of seduction, yet he remains hollow inside. Despite his power and his horns, he longs for a connection that transcends mere physical pleasure. He is searching for a soul mate who sees past his monster exterior to the heart beneath, and he finally finds his chance when the mysterious Barista orchestrates a fated-mates encounter with a human named Peter.

The attraction between the two is instantaneous and combustible, but the path to true love is anything but simple. Peter is wary of the intensity Dante brings to their connection, especially when the subject of commitment arises. As a powerful creature used to getting what he wants, Dante must navigate the complexities of human emotion and his own protective instincts to convince Peter that he is worth the risk.

This MM paranormal romance is a must-read for fans of spicy monster tales who crave deep emotional stakes alongside sizzling chemistry. Blending intense BDSM elements with the warmth of found-family dynamics, the story explores the vulnerability inherent in opening your heart to a predator. If you are looking for a quick, scorching escape, this is your next obsession.

Even Monsters need love

October 7, 2021

Wow! This might not be an especially long story but it sure puts a lot into what it is. I absolutely adore monster stories. There's something both a little frightening and erotic in reading about the shadows that go bump on the night and creatures of legend and myth. It's like a primal fascination with a side of the world we're not meant to glimpse. This is the first book I've read by this author and I can tell already that they are going to be one of my favorites. Dante is a demon incubus that...

🥵🥵

I feel like I need to start this review out by saying that this is my very first fully m/m read. I’ve read reverse harem with m/m within the harem but this book made me take the plunge into a book based solely on a gay relationship. I am happy to say that I was not disappointed. This book had me hooked from the beginning thanks to the intrigue and mystery surrounding the Barista. As well as sudden affection for Dante and Peter. While this book is on the shorter side Clio writes and paces it in...

Sweet and spicy with a dash of sinister

September 1, 2022

I'm a big fan of monster romance, of nearly any variety. MM romance has a special place in my heart. This was a very quick instalove read, with VERY spicy scenes, and a healthy dose of \"I will kill anyone who hurts you\" vibes, which is delicious. I'm giving it a 3/5 instead of full marks for two reasons. First is the length, it's a very quick read under 100 pages and I think it easily could have been longer. The other reason is purely personal preference. The spice in here is EXTRA spicy,...

LOVED IT

I loved it! This book was so spicy and fast paced. I love MM books, and this one moved right up there with my favorites. First off, I love the Batista already. I can't wait for his story. But this is about Dante & Peter. I love them together. I love how protective and possessive Dante is. And I love how strong and submissive Peter is. I don't wanna spoil anything, so that's all I'm gonna say. Overall, it was a really good read, and delciously spicy. I definitely reccomend it! )

An unorthodox way to finding love.

This paranormal read has a good mix of humor, sexiness and depth. A Monster/Barista matchmaker matching monsters with humans. And he has a pretty good track record. And Dante, the monster in this scenario knows the moment he sees his match he is in love. But Peter, the human, gets a little skidish when he hears that word, because you see, Peter had been in love before and burned in the worse way possible. Now Dante has to show the broken human, that when he says forever, he means forever. Dante...
