This book is the prequel to the series to come, it definitely has my attention as I read this book in 2 days. This book is great, and I would definitely recommend it. The spicy scenes were great and the plot was also so unique. I personally wish that the intense scenes had a little more length to build the suspense. The start of the book was a little slow as the story is set up, but once you hit the point where they collide, it really ramps up quickly. This book has plenty of spice balanced with a great storyline. I enjoyed reading the conflict and obstacles the main characters had to overcome to claim their happy ending. While the premise held real potential—especially with the werewolf pack dynamics and the promise of conclave intrigue—the execution fell flat.
