A Frost Filled Christmas (Ribbon Series)

by Ilona Andrews
Audrey Callahan has spent years trying to outrun her reputation as a skilled thief, carving out a quiet, honest life far from the chaotic influence of the Edge. However, when her brother lands in dangerous trouble, she is forced back into the shadows for one final, high-stakes heist. She expects a solo job, but fate has other plans in the form of Kaldar Mar, a charismatic gambler and jack-of-all-trades who is as infuriating as he is alluring.
This fast-paced paranormal romance masterfully blends gritty action with sharp wit. As Audrey and Kaldar are pulled into a web of lethal criminals and unpredictable magic, the tension between them crackles. It is a classic enemies-to-lovers dynamic, fueled by high-stakes heists and the constant threat of supernatural disaster. Their reluctant partnership is the heart of the story, turning a simple recovery mission into a dangerous game of cat and mouse.
Whether you are a longtime fan of the Edge series or a newcomer looking for your next obsession, this installment delivers a perfect balance of humor, suspense, and romance. With its unique lore and captivating lead characters, it is a must-read for anyone who craves a story where love is the greatest gamble of all.

This is the third book in the Edge series by Andrews. I really enjoyed this book it was full of action, thieving, crazy magic, and some romance. A strong installment in this series I really loved reading it. Audrey is from an Edge family of grifters and is trying to leave her family and their life of crime behind by working a legit job in the Broken. Of course just when things are looking up for her her dad begs her to help them on a job to save her brother. Audrey agrees as long as her dad...

If you like interesting heros and heroines, some fantasy, some romance, some laughs, and lots of action I think you will really enjoy this book. The third book in the Edge series, Fate's Edge is based in a world where there are three realms. The one we know is called the Broken because it has no magic, the Weird is a realm mirroring ours that functions on magic, and finally the Edge is a a land in-between the Broken and Weird which has some magic and a lot of people called Edgers who are just...

3rd in series - In order to read this book, you do not have to read the previous two novels in this series, but doing so will increase your enjoyment of this book - and the previous novels are both so damn good, why wouldn't you want to? Audrey Callahan is a con and a thief - an incredibly good one. As with all of the Edge's residents, she has magic, and her specialty is opening locks & safes. How great would that be for someone with a slightly black heart? However, Audrey has given it all up...

Another heart pumping action packed and emotional roller coaster read! In advance I took the day after the lay down date off so I could recover after in case I read all night though *^_^* YEAH I have it on order from Amazon as a paperback but also on Kindle (yeah I bought it TWICE) because I know I'd want to read it IMMEDIATELY when I could. And it was Totally Worth It. I just love the writing quality from Ilona Andrews sooooo much, it's a gorgeously satisfactory read with vivid descriptions...

I love The Edge stories. Now three books strong, Ilona Andrews has proven she is no one hit series wonder. Her Kate Daniels series is simply Magical. You couldn't wish for a stronger fantasy novel. Yet I think I like The Edge stories even more. The plot is incredible. There is a world called the Broken which is basically our world here and now. There is also a world called Weird which is a magically powerful world. Between them lies a thin strip called the Edge. The tales revolve around the...
