Wren thought running was her only salvation, but fate had other plans. After a devastating secret shattered her world, she finds herself thrust back into the orbit of the very wolves she tried to leave behind. Now, caught between the enemies hunting her and the men who once betrayed her, Wren is forced to navigate a treacherous path where survival is the only currency that matters.
This gripping installment of the paranormal shifter series masterfully weaves high-stakes tension with the slow-burn intensity of enemies-to-lovers romance. As the pack rallies to protect her, the lines between past resentment and current desire begin to blur. Every stolen touch and whispered apology chips away at the walls Wren built, forcing her to confront the undeniable pull of a brotherhood that is as dangerous as it is devoted.
The narrative shines by balancing fast-paced action with the complex emotional growth of its characters. From the painfully devoted Brix to the regret-filled Kingston, the men of Crescent Creek are as complicated as they are captivating. If you are looking for a royal shifter saga that keeps you on your toes with hidden secrets and scorching chemistry, this is the addictive next chapter you have been waiting for.

I’m enjoying the pace of this series. It has been entertaining and the plot keeps driving forward. But I also love that the characters take time intermittently to help a fighter train along the way and end up taking time during all the danger to celebrate someone else’s successes. Remembering what they are fighting for and remembering how and why a community can come together or they can be strangers to each other. All the non essential characters in the community have a story, motives and...

Tessa Hale keeps me on my toes with Wren and her loyal pack of heroes. Puck and Locke bring the sweet devotedness. Brix is painfully in love with her. Kingston can’t get past his regret, but loves her and shows her in so many meaningful but silent ways. Ender, Ender, Ender. Sigh. Probably my favorite of the crew especially because he’s the emotional hold out, but I just KNOW he’s going to be flat on his butt for Wren eventually. Eclipsed Empire was mainly this pack getting closer with each...

This book continues to surprise me. I hate the way wren is treated at the beginning by the boys but little by little you learn to love them all in their own ways. I hope ender and king get their chance. I love the multiple points of view throughout the books. If you want a story that keeps you turning the pages no matter what time it is and not wanting to sleep because you need to know how it goes read this. )

I had some serious beef with this book. It was enjoyable to read, and the story is definitely progressing, I love the characters, and I had a good time. BUT 1. I feel like the author kind of gave the characters an out for this in book 1, but the whole barely using the mind link thing is basically giving them a huge disadvantage. Their communication is literally the worst it could be at the worst times. They might as well not have the mind link abilities. 2. They literally have the ability to...

THIS. SERIES. The events that took place in this book had me panting, laughing and screaming. The tension and the angst were high and I was foaming at the mouth for Ender to give in. He might be a hot, cat daddy but he is definitely a grumpy, stubborn a$s. Puck and Locke are probably my favorites out of the pack. The tenderness and nurturing from Locke mixed with the charisma and wit from Puck is just divine. But all off these men are truly devour-and-lick-your-lips type of yummy. And don’t get...
