Going back to a previous Carpathian series book is like having a long visit with an old friend. It’s a wonderful experience that I can think back on fondly. Each of her books I reread upon occasion and I always finish them with smiles and joy in my heart. She is an amazing writer and each book has me revisiting old friends. New Perspective Gives New Life

Dark Destiny is a book that draws you in by the first sentence. This book, unlike prior Dark books in the series, is mainly from the females perspective. This twist in the story, along with the actual main plot of this one, made for a book that continually draws you in. Unlike most female leads Destiny is a character that only knows battle. Dark Destiny, book 13 of the series Dark, by Christine Feehan & it's time to read the series from the beginning again! This will be my 2nd time through the most recent book. @authorcfeehan is one of my favorite authors. This book picks up days after Dark Melody with Destiny & Nicolae. They connect telepathically when Destiny was a child when a vampire kidnapped her, tortured, r@ped & converted her. She kills him when she is 14 after Nicolae helps train her to kill vampires, by telepathy alone....
