Accidentally Wedded to a Werewolf

by Isabelle Taylor

About this book

Spoiled heiress Luna Stack expected a tropical getaway, but a fierce Alaskan blizzard leaves her stranded in Claw Haven, a secluded town teeming with supernatural residents. Forced to seek shelter at the Musgrove Inn, she finds herself clashing with the resident werewolf, Oliver. He is brooding, alpha, and currently struggling with a mysterious loss of his shifting abilities, while she is a whirlwind of sunshine looking for a quick exit.

Their uneasy truce shatters when a magical potion mishap accidentally binds them together. Now, they are caught in an unwanted fated-mates arrangement that neither is prepared to navigate. Forced proximity turns the inn into a pressure cooker of tension and bickering, as the grumpy wolf tries to maintain his distance while the bond pulls them closer than he ever intended.

This spicy paranormal romance perfectly blends cozy monster vibes with the high-stakes friction of an enemies-to-lovers dynamic. As the ice thaws in Claw Haven, Luna and Oliver must decide if their accidental marriage is a temporary disaster or a destiny they cannot outrun. For readers craving a mix of heart-melting chemistry and sizzling, fated-mate tension, this Alaska-set tale is the perfect escape into a world where love is truly wild.

Grumpy x sunshine fun

January 26, 2026

The world this did take me a little bit to get into, I went to got going, I thought it was super cute and fun. I was quite impressed with the author's ability to really grow these characters over the course of the story. It was really fun to watch as they grew into themselves as well as into each other. ) 2 people found this helpful

Pleasantly surprised

I went into reading this unsure if I was going to like it or not. I had not read anything by the author and the other paranormal books I have read were much darker. I absolutely loved the book and couldn't wait to get home after work so I could start reading it again. Oliver's grump to Luna's sunshine are the perfect mix to draw you in. )

Cozy, Small-Town Monster Romance

I received an eARC via NetGalley for this book. I adored this book! It's Hallmarky (affectionate) in the best ways with a dash of monster. Okay, maybe more than a dash. Luna, your vapid, rich girlie gets stuck in a small-town in Alaska (snow!) and accidentally gets bonded to Oliver the hot, lumberjacky (I picture him flannel, okay?), grumpy werewolf She lives a life of luxury and brainlessness while secretly craving more without even fully realizing how much more. He's a wounded guy with...

So, a little backstory. This book was independently published before it was picked up by Harlequin/Harlequin-Romance. First, I love the passion the author showed for her work and that so many others believed in her that she was able to publish it. Second, I am reviewing the copy of the book being released by Harlequin-Romance. Ok, now that we got that out of the way, let’s go. TL/DR: So hopefully you have read the synopsis? Awesome! Now, if you love stories with grumpy/sunshine, forced...
