Life in the enchanted town of Keating Hollow is never truly quiet, especially for Clay and Abby Garrison. When the Townsend Brewery faces a mysterious catastrophe that threatens their livelihood, Abby steps up to save the day with her earth magic. What begins as a simple challenge to salvage their summer profits quickly spirals into a chilling nightmare, as the couple finds themselves haunted by the spectral warnings of an old friend.
This gripping novella masterfully blends paranormal intrigue with a touch of dark romance, proving that even a happily-ever-after requires constant vigilance. As the shadows lengthen and malevolent forces target their business, Abby must tap into her deepest reserves of power to protect everything she holds dear. The stakes are personal, the atmosphere is deliciously eerie, and the connection between this beloved couple remains as electric as ever.
Perfect for fans of cozy magical mysteries who crave a hint of gothic tension, this story is a heartfelt homecoming to a favorite series. Whether you are a long-time resident of Keating Hollow or a newcomer looking for your next obsession, this quick, exciting read serves as a powerful reminder that the greatest gifts are often the ones we fight the hardest to keep.

I love follow up books and the addition of Keating Hollow couples happily ever afters are like having a glass of wine and catching up. Abby & Clay were the couple that got me hooked on the series. We see them throughout the books but not a true focus on them. Reading about their struggles as parents and navigating teen years with a toddler make me happy that they suffer like the rest is us LOL. I always enjoy a Keating Hollow book but it’s even more fun to revisit a couple years later to see how everything is going. This is the second time I’ve read this book as I wasn’t sure if I had read it from the description. Once I started, I knew I had but still enjoyed re-reading it. ) One person found this helpful

Abby and Clay had some bad things happening in their lives. Turns out it was attached to a gift Olive received. I appreciated another glimpse into the lives of the Townsend Witches. ) One person found this helpful

I truly enjoy follow up stories and getting to visit with our favorite characters and seeing what they've been up to years later. Checking in with Clay, Abby and the kids is always entertaining and oh-so full of adventure, and this story was no different. It was a very fun quick read. ) One person found this helpful
