Eldrith Manor

by Carol Babineaux
Colleen Perkins thought restoring the historic McIntyre mansion into the Harvest Moon Inn would be her greatest achievement. Instead, she finds herself playing hostess to more than just guests. As the crisp autumn air settles over Pinewood Corners, the inn begins to stir with unexplained weeping, bone-chilling cold spots, and spectral shadows that refuse to fade. It is a haunting start to her new life, leaving her to wonder if the mansion’s former residents are truly ready to check out.
Amidst the eerie activity, a magnetic stranger named Scott arrives for the Harvest Happenings Festival. Their connection is instantaneous, yet local rumors suggest that Scott is hiding secrets of his own. As the Harvest Moon Masquerade Ball approaches, Colleen must navigate a delicate paranormal romance, balancing her growing feelings for a man she barely knows against the growing unrest of the spirits trapped within her walls.
Blending small-town charm with a spine-tingling supernatural mystery, this story is a must-read for fans of haunted romances. Colleen’s journey is a race against time to uncover the truth and lay the past to rest. Will she find the love she has been waiting for, or will the secrets of the Harvest Moon claim her heart instead?

In each page, I was enamored by the authors details of a small town life. The Innkeepers tenative yet determined entrpreneurship followed by inscurities where relatable as were the revelations of other characters with audacity. Secrecy keeps you on your toes and eye opened with each page. Excellent read. ) One person found this helpful

I stayed up way too late, getting to the bottom of all the mysteries. The author did a wonderful job of bringing to life all the characters, both living and deceased. I love a good mystery and this book delivered. I have dreamt of buying a big old home and having a b&b so the setting of the book tickled my imagination. )
