It’s hard to rest in peace when you’ve fallen for your guide in the afterlife.

Lucas thought death would bring peace, maybe even paradise. Instead, eternity feels… empty. Restless and yearning for something more, Lucas asks his serene but eclectic guardian angel, Zelda, for a new purpose in the afterlife.

Enter Mikail—an angel-in-training with a gentle heart, sharp wit, and a charm that’s hard to ignore. Assigned as Lucas’s guide, Mikail introduces him to the many callings of the afterlife: Reaper, Fate, Cupid, Muse. But as their journey unfolds, so does an undeniable bond between them.

Mikail begins to question the celestial path he’s chosen. Lucas begins to wonder if it’s truly too late for love.
