What a wild series of events! This story kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time! From beginning to end there were twists and turns I did not see coming. I loved Parker's character and how little pieces of her previous lives would creep through. Gabriel's struggle to find a way to keep Parker and end his forced service was heart breaking at times. When some of the other characters started coming out of the wood work and revealing themselves for what they really were I was caught off...

I was hooked from the beginning to the end. I could not put it down because I wanted to know more. Parker and Gabrielle’s story was full of twists and turns that I did not see coming. It was an amazing read!❤️ )

This was an engaging and well-written romance novel. It follows Gabriel, an immortal assassin, who is trying to keep his soulmate, Parker, alive. She had been brutally killed in all her past lives and this is Gabriel's last chance to save her. I highly recommend this book to mature audiences that enjoy supernatural romance novels. 4/5 )
