Awesome book! Definitely makes you want to keep turning pages! Honestly needs to be longer. With more story plot and more character development on the other characters. )

I give it 3.5 ⭐️ This was a fun and different read. The body switch between Ember and Kael created a lot of chaos and entertainment, and their dynamic was really what made the book. It’s a quick read that’s easy to get into, with a mix of humor, a slightly darker tone, and some spice. I really liked their interaction and how things developed as they were forced to deal with the situation together. Thank you so much Luci and BookSirens for letting me be a part of the team. ❤️🌺 )

FMC Ember and MMC Kael undertake a very funny, very spicy, fantasy take on Freaky Friday during the taboo time of Abstain, the 6 months of the year where any spice at all is treated as a social crime. I really enjoyed this book, devoured it in one sitting. Though the book is novella length, the main characters had impressive character growth and even the side characters are funny and memorable. This was a cute dark lite fantasy romance. I dont want to give any spoilers, but the banter allowed me to give it a 4 while the 1 word topic of the entire book prevented a 5. )

I would absolutely continue this series as I loved the back and forth between the characters. The paranormal components of this book were a twist that I thoroughly enjoyed. Can’t wait to read what’s next. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily. )
