This book/ trilogy is on my short list of ALL TIME FAVORITES!!! I'll start with the same thing I said about book one because it still holds true. *possible spoilers* Oh man where to begin. I guess for starters if anyone reading this review had triggers or trouble reading about sexual assault or abuse don’t read this book or trilogy. Also my review will make no sense if you have not read the first book so go read that one first. I have a love/hate with these books. *please read TW. This book is so overwhelming emotional with sensitive subject matter that will leave you emotionally drained. The atrocities that Jane faces will leave you crumbling. You will be angry, you will want to stop, you will question why you are still reading this. The ugly will far outweigh the good. But you have hope that out of the suffering will come the light. ) One person found this helpful

The second installment of the Gods & Monsters trilogy is everything I hoped for and much more. soo much action, adventure, romance, heartbreak and lots of tears. TW FOR THIS BOOK: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, RAPE, possession, Christian religion (for anyone with religious trauma, it had me lost in my head for a bit), violence against children, torture, maiming, etc. It’s dark homies.
