Holy hot demons, this was incredible! It was so easy to get lost in the story and characters and I found myself reeling days after finishing it. The story follows Bayla's experience in Hell and introduces a group of demons as well as old favorites. There's romance, mystery, and revelations that make for an exciting next step in Bayla's journey and leave you questioning how everything will end. A definite must-read! ) One person found this helpful

Book one hooked me, but book two has me dying to know more. Benham wove so many intricate story lines together when she created this world and I love unraveling each one. As I move onto Rising, book three, I know I will feel just as excited, frustrated and intrigued as I felt reading the first two installments. )

I like the story line. But it needs to be heavily edited. Lots of misused words. Normally I don’t mention editing but when it interferes with the story I have to. The story flow was better than the first book though. )

When I first started reading this series I was a little afraid. But I kept reading because I liked how the author did different views and wanted to see how it played out. And was not disappointed. Read all three back to back. )
