I do wish there was a bit more desire in the story but the author has an amazing way with words. It was so poetically written and well described. I do wish it had better editing but it was beautifully written. )

This is a good first book for this talented new author, a love story between Lydia, a Victorian era young woman, and Silas, the angel who risks his life and immortal soul to love her. With nearly every immortal against them, from the Forsaken to the High Celestials, they have only their love for each other, along with the angel Adrien and the mysterious magic user Selene, to save them. Will it be enough to insure them a happily forever after? Read the book and see. 😊📚 )
