I love Leslie Fears podcast \"Because I wanna know\". I have found so many incredible things from listening to her and that now includes her books. This book is one of those that is hard to put down. I love the suspense, the spiritual, the romance. )

Kate is only 17 and trying hard to adjust to her new normal (life w/ A after the death of so many she loves but little does she know she will soon be thrown into a world of true good vs. evil. I really enjoyed Kate, she has to grow up fast yet she still behaves like a teenager would under the pressures she is put in. She gets a bit crazed with everything going on around her but her Protector Dominic helps guide her and keeps her safe. Dominic is a warrior that is...gorgeous and wonderful....

I met Leslie Fear at a book signing and just had to see what she was all about...so I purchased this (so far 2 book series) About 1/4 way through the book, I was totally hooked! It took me 1/4 way because I was skeptical about reading a Paranormal/Fantasy book. Not my usual genre. I’m so glad I went out of my comfort zone! This book is full of action and adventure an a PLOT. ) One person found this helpful

Leslie is one of my favorite people on this earth and even though I don't read a lot of paranormal books anymore I will always read hers. Why? Because she a way of sucking you into the story right away and not letting you go. Sometimes even after the story is done. This story is NOT what I expected it to be by the blurb and cover. I don't really know what I was expecting, maybe something a little bit more like Atticus, but that is not at all what I found myself getting into. Which proves that...
