Angel In Chains (The Fallen Book 3)

by Cynthia Eden

About this book

He does not lust. He does not need. He will get back to heaven.

Azrael—Az—hates life in the human realm. He once ruled as an angel of death in heaven, but he fell in a fiery descent that burned away his precious wings. Now he’s determined to regain his grace and the way to do that? Well, she might have just fallen straight into his lap.

She’s a human in need of protection. He’s a fallen angel in need of redemption.

Jade Pierce is being stalked by a very dangerous ex—a panther shifter who has made her life a living hell. Wherever she goes, he leaves a trail of blood and death as he hunts her. But a new protector has emerged for Jade. A Fallen who is more powerful than any being she’s ever met. He swears that he can protect her. That he can handle any challenge thrown his way.

But what happens when desire blooms between them?

Az has no experience with lust. But when he’s with Jade, a savage hunger grows within him. Suddenly, he wants to see why humans fight so much for their physical pleasure. He wants…Jade. He agrees to be her protector, and she vows to help him in the mortal realm. Thrown together, they must stay intimately close. But the closer Az is to his little human, the more his control begins to crack. Dark and dangerous needs and hungers fill him. Needs that he has never experienced before.

Soon he wonders…is Jade his key to redemption?

Or will she be the temptation that wrecks what is left of his soul?

ANGEL IN CHAINS was originally released by Kensington Publishing in December of 2012. What can you expect in this book? A dark and tormented fallen angel. A human on the run. Dangerous desires. And a hero who may have been predicted to destroy the world. In other words, lots of paranormal fun. Happy reading!

The Fallen Series Total review Loved this series

March 25, 2013

If you like/love to read stories about Angel's you will absolutely love this series. It has everything you could possible want in a story. Hot, Sexy, Dangerous, Alpha Angels. And when you throw in some shapeshifters, demons and but of course the Alpha Females you have an action packed series. Angels do not feel. They have no emotions. They have no temptations. They just do their jobs. Whether it was the Angels of Death, Angels of Punishment or Guardian Angels. Starting with Book #1 in the...

Angel in Chains

This is a fabulous book. The only problem is that the author changed her story from Angel Betrayed. Sam is the one to kill the bad guy in that prior story, not Az. This change in the narrative seriously upset and distracted me. Az didn't need additional credit to seem more dangerous. He and his brother, Sam breathe danger. They both great characters and neither should be diminished to prop up the other. Jade is in major trouble. She asked for help and got way more than she bargained for. Az has...

Angel in Chains

Another great Cynthia Eden novel. Angel in Chains the third installment of The Fallen series was awesome. So intense and full of fast paced action right from the beginning. So many ups and downs emotionally. Very enjoyable. Azrael and Jade's story was so much fun to read. Jade has so much spunk in her even with all her problems. Az is trying to redeem himself and Jade is just trying to survive against her Ex-boyfriend. Both are tortured in their own way but the two together make a strong couple...

Cynthia Eden -need I say more?

I love every book By Cynthia Eden I have read.I was unsure at first about the angel series because I had never read any paranormal angel stories, but I figured it was Cynthia Eden, what else could it be but good. And I was right, these are a little different than some of her past paranormal stories, but they are just as good and just as steamy. This was different in that the heroine Jade at first was going to use AZreal to protect her from some panther shifters that had been tracking her for years...

It was OKAY

This was a RITA finalist book and I did a review on the Smart Bitches Trashy Books website. Unlike some self-published books you know that works by Cynthia Eden will be well edited and professional. Her world building and plot lines were interesting and I had to finish the book to see how it would end. HOWEVER, and this is a big one, I didn't particularly like the main characters and as I am a very character driven reader this lowered my rating of the book. ) One person found this helpful
