This book got really good to me about half way through and finished spectacularly at the end. Good series for sure. )

I absolutely love this series and Unspeakable Magic is no different. Beaglehole does a beautiful job of developing characters who are memorable, quirky, & lovable with relationships, including a mother-daughter dynamic that feels a bit like a magical Gilmore Girls! I also love how the author brings in deeper reflective moments that speak to what it means to transform & true magic/the intuitive world. Spoiler Alert for the next part: In Unspeakable Magic, I loved the plot but I was disappointed...

Thoroughly enjoyed all the books in this magical series! The characters become virtual friends and family each with mind blowing magical powers along with very human worries and weaknesses. The storyline flows through the various seasonal rituals bringing exciting trials to be unraveled and overcome. There is love, loss, new complications, and ultimately success. I've learned so much about my own issues with subtle suggestions to various characters. Thank you Iris Beaglehole!!! )

Different from the other myrtlewood books, this one has a sort of existential theme. Still filled with all the laughter and adventure of the other books though! A great read! )
