Opposites attract in this small town paranormal omegaverse romance when Morgan Foxglove discovers the grumpy werewolf contracted to be her bodyguard is also her fated mate.
The family curse was supposed to just be a story. But after returning to her quaint home town for her grandmother’s funeral, Morgan discovers that not only is the curse real—her inheritance has been signed over to an alphahole werewolf in exchange for his protection.
Sylvan is bound to be Morgan’s bodyguard by a contract no amount of magic can unravel. It’s too bad he cannot stand the helpless witch. Her spells are useless. She whines about the fur he leaves around the house every time he shifts. She’s constantly running into things and injuring herself. The little witch is bound to drive him wild.
But now, Morgan and Sylvan have no choice but to spend nine months in the same gothic manor together to complete the terms of the deal. Nine months of protection, nine months of being knotted together by fate. To make matters worse, the longer they live together, they discover a problem more concerning than the danger lurking around town or their ridiculous arrangement.
The grumpy werewolf and wicked witch just might love each other.

Thank you so much to The Smuthood and Clio Evans for the opportunity to read this as an ARC! Everything I saw about this book had me dying to read it, and it did NOT disappoint. This story was incredible. I devoured it in just a day and loved every single second. Sylvan and Morgan are everything. The yearning, the tension, and Sylvan's grumpiness were exactly what I hoped for and more. Also, the spice? She always kills it, and she absolutely delivered once again by balancing that incredible...

This was a quick fun omegaverse. I dont know if I have ever read an omegaverse that included witches and daimons in the alpha, beta pmega aspect. It was an interesting twist. Overall, I thought it was a great read. My biggest issue is it seemed so repetitive, and I wish there had been some growth sooner. They would help each others heats then fight. It was the same month after month. I mea, the spice from those heats is amazing though Overall 3.5🌟 3🌶 )
