Firstly....if you've not yet read book one, RUN...don't walk to read it now!!!! This is NOT a standalone and you most definitely need to know the events from the previous book to fully understand everything. Trust me, its oh so worth it!!!!!! Book two picks up right after the ending from the first book. Emotions are high and that's just the start. If you think you know what's going to happen.....um, yup....think again 😉. Enjoying the second book Supernatural Institute. The story continues to be spellbinding, breathtaking, and mystifying with adventure at every turn. I read books 1 and 2 in two days. I finished book 1, immediately got book 2 and devoured it. But I’m only giving book 2 three stars because it left me annoyed and I don’t plan to read the rest of the series. I liked book 1 a lot. With book 2 I liked that the main characters continue to develop (some). Though I felt that most of the supporting characters were not developed as much as I would have hoped. I thought there would be more given the book 1 set-ups, not less. The main plot moves forward...
