Everbound University is the mandatory graduate school for anything that goes bump in the night. Not going isn’t an option unless you want to be hunted down for illegally inhabiting the mortal world. All legacies—the descendants of the Four Houses—are required to attend because we’re all cursed, and the only way to break our curses is through binding our hearts in a quintet. Becoming part of a quintet is a dream come true. Destiny fulfilled. A gods-given, merciful blessing.
For me, it’s a hard pass. I can’t be bound to anyone else. Trust me, it wouldn’t end well. So when I’m placed in a quintet, I promptly reject all four of my matches for their own good. But these powerful, gorgeous, high-profile legacies have no idea how to handle rejection, because… The cutthroat blood fae shows me his soft side. The charming dragon shifter won't leave me alone.
The unhinged nightmare prince calls me darling. And the gorgeous ice elemental is as overprotective as he is cold. They're the kind of deadly perfection that draws attention. Which is exactly what I'm trying to avoid, since no one can know my secret. I'll do whatever it takes to make them decide I’m not worth the chase. The problem is, no matter what I do to make them hate me, it only seems to have the opposite effect…
This is a why choose/reverse harem paranormal romance. If you like fated mates, multiple POV, a variety of possessive guys who are unhinged for their girl, and an equally broken but determined FMC, this series is for you.
Intended for 18+ listeners due to strong language, violence, dark themes, and explicit sex scenes including group sex (no M/M). Please listen to the TW. No AI content here. Book 1 of 4.

Blood Oath by Morgan B. Lee was such an intense, character-driven fantasy that pulled me in from the very first chapter. I’ve read a lot of stories with assassins and political intrigue, but this one stood out for the emotional depth and the slow-burning tension between the main characters. The story follows Alena, a deadly assassin bound by a blood oath to serve the crown. She’s cold, loyal, and efficient—until she’s paired with Captain Kael, a brooding soldier with his own sense of duty and a...

This book is an absolute 5-star read. I am so hooked! I swear I finished the last page and immediately stared into space like... excuse me? This first book doesn’t give you answers. It sets the world, it plants the seeds, and it plays with your emotions. It’s clearly the calm before the chaos. It gave me theories, questions, a million what-ifs, and somehow also gave me heartache and obsession. Maven, our FMC, is something fierce. She’s strong, brutal, and carrying the kind of mental scars that...

I didn't have high expectations going into this book, but it was surprisingly really good. I love when an author gives us a slow drip of backstory information while feeding us lots of plot. It was done so well in this book. The multiple POV was also used really well and felt purposeful. The pacing was also great, without too much inner dialog. There was enough that we got a feel for Maven's personality, but not so much that it took away from the mystery of her character. Speaking of which, I...

It’s more like a 2.5⭐️. The story was fast paced but slow at the same time. I get it’s a four book series but I found it frustrating not getting a little answer to what’s going on. The MMCs are okay. But the fmc I found her a annoying. I’ll give the next book a try but I’m on the fence on dnfing. ) 2 people found this helpful
