The vampire was perfectly tragic and tortured. But while reading the book it was hard to feel connected because of the heavily detailed moments, that although beautiful, lagged momentum. However, at the end I find myself feeling like wanting more length or time with the characters. Feeling like a reading a synopsis and want the gritty history. )

Arc review! I have mixed feelings about this one. When I read the original synopsis, I was very intrigued. I love fated love tropes and was excited that the mmc was a vampire. I always love me a good obsessed vampire! The issue I had was once Molly and Elric finally gave into their desires. It went from being heavily plot driven to minimal plot and lots of smut and spice. These Eternal Bones consumed me from the very first chapter, I just couldn’t put it down. I had to know where this tragic love story was going ... I couldn't help but to keep reading, to learn more about these main characters and even side characters that had me captivated from page one. The Vampire of Port Clyde... I think the idea of this book is amazing. I absolutely am obsessed with it. However, there is definitely room for improvement. The changing of scenes is very choppy and leaves you very confused. There is also a lot of repetitive wording. You’ll read that the main character has copper colored hair SO many times you’ll be a little annoyed. You’ll find things like that throughout the book.
