All's Fair in Love and Blood

Soul matches are supposed to be the stuff of fairy tales, a rare promise of eternal connection. For half-witch Percy Flores, however, her destiny arrives not as a dream, but as a cold, dangerous reality in the form of vampire princess Selene Borealis. Thrust into a cutthroat world of high-born nobles and deadly political intrigue, Percy quickly learns that her newfound royal partner is anything but a savior.
This dark paranormal romance masterfully executes the enemies-to-lovers trope, turning a fated bond into a brutal power struggle. Selene views Percy as an unwanted burden, seeking her out only to secure her own precarious claim to the throne. As Percy struggles to navigate a household governed by a cruel and sadistic mistress, she must decide if the intensity of their soul match is worth the emotional and physical toll of Selene’s icy disdain.
Perfect for readers who crave high-stakes tension and morally complex characters, this story delivers a visceral, spicy experience that refuses to play by the rules of traditional romance. Prepare for an unpredictable journey where danger lurks behind every shadow and the line between passion and pain is dangerously thin. If you are ready for a gripping, intense vampire saga, the hunt for love has never been this lethal.

This story had me crying ugly ! Had me angry as neck and also had me at the tip of my chair ready to hut the ground. This story is genuinely different and fun to read and enjoyable with all the mixed emotions it awakens from the reader from me. I loved that Percy is kind and sweet and of course innocent and is friendly and honest where The princess is hard and frightening and angers quickly and also jealously dangerous when it comes to Percy. I'm just mad that the princess won't see that she...

This was definitely a spicy book, there were a few grammatical errors but well worth the read. The plot was there and easily could have developed into more. However the author made it very clear this would be focused on the romance and it was. The relationship was one that I cringed at quite a bit because it screams unhealthy but it's definitely a hot and heavy mix with an interesting story. ) One person found this helpful

When I met Percy for the first time, I wasn’t sure what I’d be in store for. And it was a good surprise. When Selene showed up it was intense from the moment she entered into the story. She came to take. And take she did. She seemed cold, entitled, callous, rude, and possibly cruel. As the story unfolds in time. You can see from the beginning that this pair was indivisible. And Selene from early on into this “relationship” has always given Percy affection and time even when it didn’t appear she...

Vampires princesses soul match is a half witch commoner. Set in somewhat present day but with supernatural monarchies. Has elements of fantasy, political intrigue, mystery, and spicy wlw. This world includes shifters, witches, and vampires but I wish the author had made use of those abilities. This book was pretty enjoyable, the story and setting were interesting and the mc's grew on me throughout the story. There are some issues with the power imbalance in the relationship, but I feel like...

I read some of the criticisms about these two lovers from opposite sides, some claiming Stockholm syndrome, and this is not like that at all. While our princess may not understand her match's actions or feelings (much like some readers), this is a story that goes beyond simple oppressed is forced to be with oppressor concept. This touches upon equality, class systems, the irrationality of true love, and what one must do to survive even when the actions are against your heart. Feeding isn't...
