This is one of those books you really have to pace yourself with, like it was so unsettling/depressing that I had to put it down a couple times (But I knew it was gonna be a f***** up read, that's why I bought it LoL) + I bought the hard edition 🥴. Miranda Grant's books are well written though and I usually have to read her books in a Horror erotica mindset to get through them. ) 2 people found this helpful

First make sure you check the trigger warning. That being said I absolutely love this book!! Great writing! Great story! Everything I've read from this author has been great! I highly recommend. This book is absolutely disgusting. I threw it into the garbage. I could not stomach to read anymore of it. Warning to anyone that this book is filled with twisted infant sexual abuse in very graphic detail. I am speaking of detailed sexual abuse on a 2 month old child. You have to be seriously messed up in your mind to have these thoughts and then put them to paper without having any issues with it. If I could give this a zero star rating, I would. Wow. Just wow. First let me start with the writing in this book was phenomenal. I absolutely loved her writing and it made this book worth it. Now for the other parts.
