All's Fair in Love and Blood
Jennifer Peel
by Bram Stoker
Step into the shadows of Victorian England, where an ancient evil crosses the sea to claim the hearts and souls of the living. This masterpiece of gothic horror introduces the immortal Count Dracula, a figure of terrifying elegance whose insatiable hunger transcends time. While the narrative is defined by bone-chilling suspense and supernatural dread, it also pulses with a dark, forbidden intensity that has captivated readers for over a century.
Beyond the dreary castles and midnight graves, the story unfolds through a gripping epistolary format that brings you closer to the characters than ever before. As a scholarly investigation into the uncanny, the plot feels like a high-stakes study of the unknown. For fans of paranormal romance, the Count represents the ultimate dark archetype—a seductive, dangerous force that challenges the boundaries of mortality and Victorian propriety.
This exquisite Dover Bookshelf hardcover edition is the perfect vessel for such a legendary tale. With its striking design and easy-to-read type, it serves as both a collector’s treasure and an immersive gateway into the macabre. Whether you are a devoted fan of vampire lore or a newcomer seeking the roots of the genre, this volume ensures that the Count’s eternal hunger will haunt your library for years to come.

And I am glad it did, because what a ride it was. A rather lighthearted review this shall be, because I suppose enough dissecting has been done on the darker and more...

Loved the cover, it was a bit surprising as someone new to Amazon books to see it printed like the day before my order, but it had no distracting misprints other then the last page cover art being upside down. Overall as a cheap way to have a copy of this book and it being hard cover, it’s hard to beat. )
