10/10 , I can recommend this book to any spicy, gothic, mystery, romance people out there. Jade does a WONDERFUL job on this entire plot. I can’t wait to read the next 2! )

This second book doesn’t really bring more emotional depth to the characters, though told from multiple POV. The FMC’s torture seems downplayed even though it’s the only type of spice in this book. Very interesting take on vampires demons and witches. Something different from the other books I have read. Her books are a delight to read. )
