Daisy and Jay. A spicy take on The Great Gatsby with a fun & modern vampiric twist. I always love a Rebecca Kenney title, so it’s not a surprise that her first traditionally published title was a ballpark knockout for me. Easily five stars. I have the Kobo version of this book and that's how I read this one. I’m still trying to figure out who the real villain was in Beautiful Villain—because it definitely wasn’t Jay Gatsby. This reimagining took me by surprise in the best way. A vampire romance worth reading. Miss Kenney has presented a witty and well written story yet again. In this book awaits a colorful and vibrant world and a refreshing twist on classic characters you will want to reacquaint yourself with.
