It’s been a while since I’ve read something that delivers a good plot, lovable characters , betrayal, hope and love with plenty of spice along the way, and it’s so funny!!! ) One person found this helpful

I have yet to read a Brynne Weaver book that I didn’t like, and this whole series was no exception. As she so beautifully does, BW was able to give us a dark romance laced with wit and humor. When I tell you I laughed during this series, I mean a lot. The kind of laugh that bursts loudly out of me and startles my husband sitting next to me. The level of petty that Lu would stoop to was top notch and I loved her for it. The butter scene(s) had me cackling. It wasn’t only hilarious, though. This...

I love this series so far! I read the first and second book in less than 2 days. My only complaint is that as I was reading the second book, I was constantly pulling out pages that weren’t bound properly….
