This was a great 5th book! I had no idea how we were going to continue now that the triplets were settled and this was great way to do that! Finally we have a main story taking place in Shifter Hollow with Richard. I really enjoyed Lola's character, she was so sweet and tough. Loved the Hispanic culture that shined through the whole book. I'm normally not into age gaps but this was done very well! Can't wait to see what's next. )

📖 Bookish Moments: While this wasn’t my favorite of the series, I still had a great time with it. I really felt for Lola—her dad was way too controlling, and honestly? I kind of hated him. Just because you’re not the villain doesn’t mean you’re a good guy. Richard though? Total badass. But the real MVP? Big Daddy, Richard’s wolf. That wolf was absolutely unhinged and I loved every second of it. He had me cackling! The pack politics added the perfect amount of drama! And I loved how Lola...

This is a very good, well written, Shifter romance. Lola is sent by her father, the king of the wolves to Ever for protection. Richard and Marco the King have been friends for a long time. Lola likes the way Ever is run and hates the politics of her home Haven. She looks for ways to be helpful and make friends. She also loves playing her guitar and doing concerts making her father unhappy. Read how Lola and Richard become mates and handle all the problems this causes. Lots of surprises. )
