I have fallen in love with this author. I have devoured all her supernatural series within a week. I have lost sleep because of this, but the stories and romantic tension are just that amazing. I am a sucker for slow-burn romance, but most series tend to have a lack-luster story that bores me once the main characters get together. I have been searching for something to get my out of my reading funk. I’ve been reading so many of the same type of books, and not being able to find something different I was actually getting frustrated. This was such a breath of fresh air! What great writing. Krista Street is a new author for me and she did not disappoint. The main characters were intriguing and well developed. There was a lot of adventure and suspense. The romance part was a super slow build, and if you're looking for hot sexy scenes maybe we'll find it book 2! If I could give this book 10 stars I would!
