Ok so I'm not gonna lie, I clocked what I clocked pretty quickly about the boys' mom (bc i have personal experience witnessing it with my mom and little brother and how she treats my sister in law). Yikes on bikes. What I love most about Sam Hall's books is that she doesn't hold back with some pretty delicate topics, but they're written in a way that isn't triggering. I really enjoyed reading about Briar and her pack, and how hard they worked to grow and get to that happily ever after. Also, I...

Okay, I LOVE Briar as a character. This was a great read with a fast paced plot and a lot of relationship development. Briar's guys definitely had to do some growing up to be worthy of her but the journey for them was compelling and entertaining. How they all meshed their hopes and dreams together to find out what was right for their pack without outside expectations weighing in was super satisfying.
